What Does Shanghai Elue Offer?

We make customized aluminum heat sinks from Aluminum extrusion technology and it works this way: firstly the aluminum ingot will be heated at high temperature to about 520~540℃, and its liquid will flow through the extrusion die with grooves under high pressure to make the preliminary heat sink, and finally the preliminary heat sinks will be cut to its length.

Except aluminum extrusion, on major cases, the heat sinks need to be CNC machined as post processing, including holes drilling and tapping. But if you don’t need an extrusion tool for small quantity running, we can directly produce from CNC milling or Wire EDM machining, which is a good solution for small order.

2.Tooling lead time: 2-4 weeks, and it depends.

3.Post-machining: Full service CNC cutting, threading, slotting, face milling, etc.

4.Processing procedures: Product design→Drawings checking→moulds making → extrusion → Cutting → Holes Drilling→ Precision machining→surface treatment →Quality inspection

5.Tolerances: ± 0.02mm if no special request. But if you need more precision, we have to check your designs and confirm the precision then.
