These aluminum parts were very big sizes with one plywood box over 200kg, below photos were taken after parts finish before cleaning. They were ready to fly to USA for an OEM equipment manufacturer. In this project, all parts were made from 6061 aluminum which is the most accessiable material for metal machining. Customer asked for surface roughness Ra3.2 and we made it Ra1.6 after machining. There were no post processing but just machined finish.
